Delivery

Delivery within Egypt costs EGP 50 in Cairo Governorate and EGP 100 in other governorates. Delivery is free when the merchandise subtotal reaches EGP 5,000. Giza and Qalyubia use the other-governorates rate.

Delivery normally takes 1–5 calendar days in Cairo Governorate and 2–7 calendar days in all other Egyptian governorates, counted from order confirmation. Calendar days include weekends and public holidays. Giza and Qalyubia use the other-governorates estimate.

Payments and orders

Choose cash on delivery or manual InstaPay. For InstaPay, wait for the ServHub team to review your order and send payment instructions before making a transfer. An order receipt does not confirm payment.

Returns and cancellation

Ordinary returns: you may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions permitted by Egyptian consumer-protection law. Return the product in its original condition with its packaging, supplied accessories and components. We check product identity, contents and condition. Opening the outer shipping carton alone does not automatically remove your rights.

Faulty, incorrect or delivery-damaged goods: you may request a replacement or refund within 30 calendar days of receipt if the goods are defective or do not match the agreed specifications or purpose. Contact us promptly so we can arrange collection and inspection. Qualifying claims carry no additional delivery, collection or inspection cost. An unopened box or unused condition is not required to report a defect discovered through normal use.
