Ordinary returns: you may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions permitted by Egyptian consumer-protection law. Return the product in its original condition with its packaging, supplied accessories and components. We check product identity, contents and condition. Opening the outer shipping carton alone does not automatically remove your rights.
Faulty, incorrect or delivery-damaged goods: you may request a replacement or refund within 30 calendar days of receipt if the goods are defective or do not match the agreed specifications or purpose. Contact us promptly so we can arrange collection and inspection. Qualifying claims carry no additional delivery, collection or inspection cost. An unopened box or unused condition is not required to report a defect discovered through normal use.
Inspection: we record the model/serial number, supplied parts and reported issue. Damage shown to have been caused by misuse, incorrect installation or unauthorized modification is assessed separately from a supplied defect; it is not automatically treated as a manufacturing fault. We will explain any disputed finding. Inspection does not restart or extend a statutory refund deadline.
Refund timing: for a qualifying defective-goods claim, replacement or refund is completed within seven calendar days of contacting us, in accordance with CPA guidance. For an ordinary online return, the refund is made within seven calendar days of returning the product. Refunds use the original payment method unless you agree to another method; store credit is not imposed.
For an ordinary change-of-mind website return, the original delivery charge and actual return-shipping cost are borne by the customer where the distance-selling rules permit. We confirm the collection cost before arranging it. No restocking fee applies. ServHub bears the applicable delivery and return costs for qualifying defects, incorrect goods and statutory cancellation for late delivery.
Cancellation: contact us as soon as possible. Orders cancelled before dispatch carry no cancellation charge. After dispatch, the return rules apply. If delivery misses the agreed date, the statutory right to cancel without delivery or return costs applies within 14 days of the delay or receipt, whichever is later.
Legally permitted exceptions may apply to genuinely custom-made goods and opened software/media. They do not create a blanket exclusion for all electronics or remove rights relating to a supplied defect. The periods above do not replace any longer rights provided by law.
