Orders and support. We use the name, email, telephone number, billing/delivery address, purchased products, order notes, payment method and order/payment records you provide to process and deliver orders and handle support and returns. Your browser and internet address may appear in order and security records. Do not put passwords, payment-app PINs, bank login details or unnecessary identity documents in order notes or messages. The checkout does not collect card numbers or payment-app credentials.
Shopping features. Cookies keep the cart and shopping session working. Account/login cookies support access for existing accounts. You can order as a guest; new customer registration is currently unavailable. Wishlist product IDs are saved in this browser until you remove them or clear site storage. Opening the wishlist sends the selected IDs to this shop to display current product information. Browser settings let you clear cookies and stored wishlist data; clearing them may reset shopping selections.
Help and enquiries. Store help currently shows FAQs and links to product search and email. Clicking an email link opens your email application; it does not send a message until you choose to send it. The current help panel does not transmit conversations to an AI provider. We will update this notice before introducing additional services that process customer information.
Use and access. Order fulfilment and requested support use information needed for the transaction. Required accounting records are retained to meet legal obligations. Security processing is limited to protecting the service and investigating misuse. Access is limited to authorized staff and the hosting, email and delivery providers needed to carry out those tasks, plus professional advisers or authorities where lawfully necessary. The current storefront does not use advertising pixels or a marketing subscription form.
Retention and requests. Order and payment records are kept for the applicable accounting and legal requirements. Support records are assessed according to the enquiry, any unresolved dispute and necessary follow-up. Contact hello@servhb.com to request access, correction or deletion where applicable, or to raise an objection. We may need proportionate verification before releasing another person's order information. Records that must be retained by law are handled separately from information no longer needed. You may also contact Egypt's Personal Data Protection Center about your rights.
Hosting and email. We use service providers to host the shop, deliver emails and maintain technical backups. These services may involve processing information outside Egypt. Contact hello@servhb.com with questions about how your information is handled. Access is restricted to authorized administration and service providers. We do not use your order details for unrelated marketing.
Optional analytics. With your permission, Google Analytics measures visits to public shop pages to help us improve the store. It uses analytics cookies and processes page-visit, browser and device information, which may be processed outside Egypt. We do not send names, email addresses, delivery addresses or order details to Analytics. Analytics is not loaded on cart, checkout, account or search pages, and advertising features are disabled. Choose Essential only to decline. You can change your choice in Privacy settings at the bottom of any page. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days.
