Delivery normally takes 1–5 calendar days in Cairo Governorate and 2–7 calendar days in all other Egyptian governorates, counted from order confirmation. Calendar days include weekends and public holidays. Giza and Qalyubia use the other-governorates estimate.
Delivery costs EGP 50 in Cairo Governorate and EGP 100 elsewhere in Egypt. Delivery is free when the merchandise subtotal is EGP 5,000 or more. The delivery charge is shown before the order is placed.
